About Me

I’m a quality assurance consultant based in Poole, Dorset, UK specialising in beauty and grooming products.

I started this consultancy to help brands avoid costly mistakes, reduce risk, and launch products safely and confidently.

My goal is to make compliance simple, understandable, and achievable - especially for smaller brands who don’t have in-house expertise.

I can work anywhere globally either on site or remotely depending on individual customer requirements.

I will help you create safe, compliant, and market-ready products - without the confusion.

Whether you're launching your first product or refining an existing range.

I will provide you with clear, practical guidance to ensure your products meet UK and EU requirements with confidence.

If you are struggling with -

  • Understanding what’s legally required to sell your cosmetic products?

I have experience in

Lean Manufacturing

Aimed at generating the maximum amount of value for the customer with the least amount of waste.

Waste is anything that doesn’t add value to the product in the eyes of the customer, or doesn’t add value to the business as a whole.

A good example of this is the administration. That’s very important for the company, but doesn’t add any value for the customer.

Good Manufacturing Production

Mandated by manufacturers’ respective national governments to regulate the production,

verification, and validation of manufactured products and ensure that they are effective and safe for market distribution.

Customisation & Assembly

Custom manufacturing allows businesses to outsource their products without having to worry about the quality or timeliness of production.

This process gives businesses freedom from production and allows manufacturers to concentrate on quality.

Warehouse & Distribution

Warehouse distribution serves as a vital link in the supply chain, acting as the holding point for products after they leave their origin

and before they reach a retail business or customer. However, the role of warehousing extends far beyond simple storage.
